Grant Eligibility
The Reynolds Foundation considers grant requests from tax-exempt organizations
that are working for the improvement of the standard of living of residents
within the Lake Oconee area, safe and healthy families, wildlife preservation,
stewarding natural resources and historical preservation.
Funding Process
Eligibile organizations should submit a grant award request containing all of the items listed in the Grant Request Checklist directly to the Reynolds Foundation. Our Review Committee will determine if grant requests fall within the Foundation's funding parameters, after which a formal presentation will be scheduled with the requesting organization before a recommendation for funding support is made to the Foundation Board of Directors.
Grant Funding Sources
The Reynolds Foundation distributes grant awards from proceeds acquired
through a combination of fundraising activities and an endowment created
through contributions provided by Reynolds Plantation, its stockholders,
employees, property owners and members of the Lake Oconee community.
